For youth workers, educators, and creative minds ready to grow.
Are you someone who loves working with people and helping groups learn, grow, and connect better? Do you enjoy thinking outside the box and bringing new energy into your workshops or youth activities?
Then this opportunity might be exactly what you’re looking for.
From 15 to 23 September 2025, a group of passionate youth workers, educators, and facilitators from across Europe will gather in Tauchen, Austria for an inspiring and hands-on training called Facilitation Compass: Methods Lab.
So, what’s it all about?
This training is all about helping you become a better group facilitator — someone who knows how to lead engaging sessions, spark creativity, and support young people in meaningful ways.

It’s not your average sit-down-and-listen type of course. Instead, you’ll dive into interactive tools, creative methods, and real-life practice with other professionals from: 🇦🇹 Austria | 🇵🇱 Poland | 🇬🇪 Georgia | 🇵🇹 Portugal | 🇩🇪 Germany | 🇺🇦 Ukraine | 🇲🇩 Moldova | 🇱🇻 Latvia | 🇦🇿 Azerbaijan

What you’ll gain from this experience:

  • Learn how to use Lego Serious Play to make learning more fun, hands-on, and reflective.
  • Discover the power of outdoor education for personal growth and team building.
  • Build your graphic facilitation skills to make your ideas and sessions more visual and engaging.
  • Get inspired by new, creative ways to help young people think critically and solve problems.
  • Connect with others who are passionate about youth work — share your experiences, try new ideas together, and maybe even start future collaborations.
  • Design and test new methods tailored to your own local youth work or education context.
