24 MW Solar Power Project (Maharashtra)

Maharashtra, steadily advancing in renewable energy, has made significant strides in solar power. As of July 2024, the state has an installed solar power capacity of 7.25 GW, contributing to its total renewable energy capacity of 12.27 GW.
The renewability of solar energy makes it a vital resource for a sustainable future. Solar power is abundant, environmentally friendly, and inexhaustible, unlike fossil fuels. At Juniper Green Energy, we focus on innovative solar projects that harness the full potential of this renewable energy source. Discover how we contribute to a greener, cleaner planet.
In June 2023, under the TATA’s 225 MW tender, Juniper Green Energy secured 24 MW for Maharashtra. This project is poised to bolster Maharashtra’s renewable energy capacity and support its solar energy initiatives.
Currently under construction, the project is expected to be fully operational by Q1 2026, marking another milestone in Juniper’s commitment to advancing clean energy infrastructure in India.
