North-west England and Wales badly hit by floods from Storm Christoph

Warnings in place as care homes evacuated, roads blocked and body found in riverTemperatures could drop as low as -10c in the coming days as Storm Christoph gives way to colder winter weather.It comes after hundreds of people were evacuated from their homes, and the body of a man was recovered from a river in Cardiff. Emergency crews including specialist divers found the man in the River Taff after being alerted by a member of the public. It was not clear how the man died and if the death was storm-related.
