Saskatoon ICU nurse creates COVID-inspired art with vaccine-vial caps

When ICU nurse Shawn Toovey isn't caring for some of Saskatchewan's sickest patients, he's collecting scrap medical plastics, including medicine bottles, syringe covers and vaccine-vial caps, to make artwork.
