NeoLink is a professional social network built for skills, careers, and business connections. You create a public profile, share your expertise, connect with others, apply for jobs, offer or buy gigs, join communities, and use real-time messaging — all on one platform at neolink.ge
Step-by-step guides for professionals and companies — from your first login to hiring, messaging, and video calls on NeoLink.

For professionals

1. Create your account

Go to neolink.ge/register and sign up with email and password, or use Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn.
After login, complete onboarding at /onboarding: choose your role (Developer, Designer, Marketer, or Other), add a headline, list up to five skills, and turn on “Open to work” if you are looking for opportunities.
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) under Settings → Security for extra protection.
  • Connect GitHub under Settings → GitHub to show repos, languages, and contribution activity on your profile.
  • Fill in avatar, cover photo, bio, location, and website under Settings → Profile.

2. Build your professional profile

Your profile at /profile/[username] is your professional home on NeoLink. A complete profile helps recruiters, clients, and Match find you.
  • Upload a CV and portfolio photos; add work experience.
  • Add skills and ask connections for endorsements (/skills).
  • Write recommendations for colleagues — they appear on profiles like LinkedIn.
  • Control visibility (public / friends / private) in Settings → Privacy.

3. Grow your network

NeoLink combines social networking with career tools. Building connections makes your feed, messages, and job opportunities more relevant.
  • Send friend requests from /friends — check Requests, Suggestions, and Same interests tabs.
  • Search people and posts at /search.
  • Join communities at /communities and RSVP to events at /events.
  • Use Smart Match at /match for AI-suggested connections based on skills and goals.
  • Block unwanted users from Settings → Blocked.

4. Use the feed and post content

The home feed at / shows posts from friends and your own activity. Posting regularly strengthens your professional brand.
  • Create posts with text, photos or videos (up to four), location tags, link previews, and polls (2–6 options).
  • React with Like, Love, Haha, Wow, Sad, or Angry; comment with @mentions; repost to your timeline.
  • Bookmark posts to view later at /saved.
  • Report inappropriate content using the report option on posts.

5. Messages and video calls

Open /messages for direct and group chat. Real-time messaging includes typing indicators and read receipts.
  • Start a chat from a profile using Message, or create a group from the messages page.
  • Start audio or video calls from the conversation header (phone and camera icons).
  • Group calls support up to eight participants; use screen share during video calls.
  • Minimize an active call to keep chatting — drag the minimized bar if it covers the input.
  • Call history (missed, answered, outgoing) appears in the chat timeline.
  • On desktop, hover a message for emoji reactions and delete (your messages only). On mobile, long-press a message.

6. Install NeoLink as an app (PWA)

NeoLink works as a Progressive Web App on mobile and desktop. Install it from your browser for a native-like experience and push notifications.
  • Allow notifications in Settings → Notifications to receive alerts for messages, calls, and activity.
  • Choose daily or weekly email digest in the same settings page.

7. Find work: jobs, gigs, and projects

NeoLink helps you discover employment and freelance opportunities without leaving the platform.
  • Browse and filter jobs at /jobs; apply with cover letter and CV from your profile.
  • Check salary benchmarks at /jobs/insights.
  • Offer freelance services at /gigs/create; manage orders at /gigs/my.
  • Join or create collaborative projects at /projects with Kanban task boards (Backlog → Done).
  • Highlight skills and “Open to work” on your talent profile for discovery at /skills.
