🎨 Recently, a fusion cuisine restaurant with Georgian notes "Van Goghi" was opened near the Rustaveli metro.
The institution is dedicated to the brilliant artist - Vincent van Gogh. The concept of the restaurant lies in one simple question - "What would happen if Van Gogh lived and worked in Georgia?" In the interior, you can see many paintings by Vincent with references to Georgian culture. Every dish is sure to have some kind of Georgian ingredient that gives the usual dishes a completely new taste.
🍷 The restaurant has a large cocktail list dedicated to Van Gogh's travels in Georgia and a wine list with unique positions, most of which are not found in any institution in Tbilisi.
